ルレ カヴァルカンティ ゲスト ハウス - フィレンツェ

レセプションの若い女性がとても親切だった。頼んでないのに、地図を出して観光しておくべきおすすめの場所を説明してくれた。ホテルとはわからない外観のドアを自分のカギで開けて入っていくのは、まるでそこに暮らしているような気分を味わえて、楽しかった。（不便なことや面倒なことが嫌いな方にはおすすめできないが）チェックインのあとは、鍵束を離さず持ち、出入りはすべて自分で。ホテルのエントランスのカギ、エレベーターにもカギ、自分の部屋に続くアパートメントのカギ、それらを全て通り抜けて、やっと自分の部屋のドアにたどりつく。不便といえば不便、面倒といえば面倒なんだけど、なんだか楽しかった。ロケーションについては、文句なしに素晴らしい。

たどりつくまでに難儀した。なにしろ、看板も何もない。住所を頼りにたどりつくしかない。普通のビルにしかみえない建物のインターホンのところにやっとホテルの名前を見つけた。

チェックイン時、日本人のスタッフの方がとても丁寧に応対してくださいました。宿泊前のMailも日本語でとても安心でした。 インテリアがとても素敵。自分の部屋以外の共用スペースもとても快適でした。ロケーションも理想的。フィレンツェらしい空気が味わえます。 またフィレンツェを訪れる機会があったら、利用したい宿です。

Absolutely loved Relais Cavalcanti! Definitely one of my favorite places I've stayed in all my travels. Anna was so welcoming and friendly showing me everything I needed to know and providing a map she marked up with the must see places. I had a single room as I was traveling on my own. It was cozy, comfortable, super clean, safe and just felt like home. A breakfast isn't provided but they do have a kitchen where you are free to make toast, tea/coffee at anytime of the day and they provide pastries as well. The location was excellent. Only a 3-5 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and many of the sights. Highly recommend staying here!

It was a bit loud on the Saturday night as there are pubs around but this is typical when traveling to cities in Italy.

Excellent location! 1-2 minutes from Piazza della Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio. 15 minute walk from the SMN train station. Easy walking to other sites of interest. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was quite large. Everything was clean and really nicely laid out. Room had a little fridge. Although they say they don't serve breakfast, they do provide self-serve coffee, tea, orange juice, cakes, pastries, toast and jams, and cereal in the breakfast room which is open all day.There was also cooking facilities if you needed them. It was such a nice touch to have this area available, and the staff were super! We were also able to store our bags on our last day. Overall, fantastic!

There was some noise from a bar down the street in the night. Closing the bathroom door helped though. Its window was only a single pane thick (in the bedroom it was 2 panes thick).

great location in the historical heart of Florence .

no breakfast, in the breakfast room is available only tea, coffee and sweet biscuits, only one table for all guests. No internet on the room and breakfast room.

anna and her sister are so friendly. the rooms are lovley and clean. dont go if you expect someone there all the time. you have your own set of keys and make your own brecki, tea coffee when you want it. its like aving your own place in florence

The hotel is located in a very good place. And all the facilities are very good and beautiful. The staff are very kind and friendly. We like this hotel very much, and we'll book it again once we are back to Florence.

Great place in a great location. Didn't mind the steps to the elevator. The owners were most helpful in getting us reservations for the Ufizzi and a hill town tour. Will stay there again.

fantastic location. Although in center of city, it is quiet and homey.

hours of checking in are fairly limited. They do let you leave your luggage there on day of checkout.
